From Stranger Things and Peaky Blinders to The Crown, few of Netflix’s biggest series are returning in 2022. Here’s what that we are most excited about and what you can expect and when.

Few of Netflix’s most Famed shows, such as Stranger Things and The Crown, The Bridgerton, are set to return for a Whole new season in 2022, while others, like Peaky Blinders, are readying up for their final one. Either way, it’s bound to be an exciting year for all of us.

After Life Season 3 – Jan 14, 2022

Ricky Gervais is a British comedy legend, known best for creating the original UK version of The Office. He brings all the humor and wit he is known for to his very own Netflix’s original After Life, a series he created, produced, directed, and of course, starred in.

Ozark Season 4 – January 21, 2022

Jason Bateman is best known for his comedic projects, like Arrested Development, but Ozark finds him in the middle of a thrilling crime drama about a couple who launder money for a Mexican cartel.

Raising Dion Season 2 – Feb 1, 2022

Nicole Reese is a single mother struggling to raise her child, Dion, by herself, and things get tenfold more complicated for both of them when they discover that Dion has superpowers. 

Bridgerton Season 2 – Mar 25, 2022

English romance dramas aren’t for everybody, but there is certainly an audience for them, proven time and time again and most recently by Bridgerton, which became the most-watched series on Netflix at the time of its release.

The Crown Season 5 –  November 2022

For four strong seasons, Netflix’s The Crown has chronicled the life of Queen Elizabeth II from the early days of her marriage to Prince Philip in 1947 to Margaret Thatcher’s reign as Prime Minister in the late ’90s.

Peaky Blinders Season 6 – TBD

A historical crime drama of epic proportions, Peaky Blinders centers around a group of gangsters of the same name and their activities in post-WW1 England, particularly focusing on their leader, Thomas Shelby (Cillian Murphy). 

The Last Kingdom Season 5 – TBD

The Last Kingdom is set during the Middle Ages and follows the many conflicts between groups like the Vikings and Anglo-Saxons, and the events that eventually led to the birth of England.

The Umbrella Academy Season 3 – TBD

In The Umbrella Academy, seven children from around the world, born under mysterious circumstances and with quirky superpowers, are brought together to form a superhero team.

Locke & Key Season 3 – TBD

After the death of their father, the Locke family siblings and their mother decide to move back to their father’s old family mansion called Keyhouse. There, the young children find magical keys hidden throughout the house that open doors, each with its own power.

Stranger Things Season 4 – TBD

Netflix is the biggest streaming service in the world, thanks in no small part to Stranger Things, which is one of its original shows that made Netflix the giant it is today.
